Our commitment
Portals is a creative tool, and we want as many people as possible to be able to use it. We are working to make the Services accessible to people with disabilities and to continue improving the experience over time.
Standard we work toward
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as the reference for our accessibility work. Some parts of the Services are not yet fully conformant. We are treating accessibility as an ongoing program rather than a one-time project.
Known gaps
The Services include highly interactive creative tools — 3D editors, AI generation, and social features — that are harder to make fully conformant. Specific known gaps we are working on include:
- Keyboard-only navigation in some creative tools.
- Screen-reader support in the game and space editors.
- Color contrast in some older UI surfaces that we have not yet migrated.
