Fee Schedule

Overview

This page lists the current fees that apply to the Portals Services. It is referenced by our Terms of Service, Creator Agreement, and Portals Coins Terms. Where there is a conflict between this page and those legal documents on a fee or payout topic, this page controls for the amount of the fee, and those documents control for the legal framework around it.

Fees shown here are current as of the Last updated date at the top of the page. We may change fees with at least 30 days’ notice; see “Fee changes” below.

Creator Marketplace (USD)

Platform fee

Portals charges a platform fee on each Creator Marketplace sale. The platform fee is in addition to payment-processing fees charged separately by Stripe.

  • Platform fee: 30% of the sale price (Creator Earnings = 70% of the sale price).
  • Stripe processing fees: passed through at Stripe’s published rates. See stripe.com/pricing.

Pricing limits

  • Minimum listing price: USD $1.00.
  • Maximum listing price: no maximum.

Payouts

  • Payout cadence: weekly, via Stripe Connect. Each week’s payout covers completed sales that are at least 7 days old (T+7), which gives time for most refunds and short-window disputes to resolve before funds leave the platform.
  • Minimum payout: USD $5.00 in Creator Earnings. Balances below the minimum roll over into the next payout period.
  • Holding period: Stripe releases funds according to its standard Connect settlement window. Portals may extend the holding period on a per-transaction basis when fraud, disputes, or identity-verification issues are flagged.
  • Refund and chargeback clawback: if a Buyer obtains a refund or chargeback on a completed sale, the refunded amount is deducted from the Creator’s future earnings. If future earnings are insufficient, Portals may recover the balance through Stripe or by other lawful means.

Coins and Coin-priced sales

Buying Coin packs

Available Coin-pack sizes, the exact number of Coins, bonuses, and the purchase price are shown on the Coins page and at checkout. Taxes and payment-processing treatment are shown before you pay. Coin-pack pricing may vary by location or payment method.

Primary Creator sale fee

  • Platform fee: 0 Coins on an eligible primary Coin-priced Creator or game-product sale.
  • Creator Coin credit: 100% of the Coin price paid by the buyer, subject to an exact clawback if the purchase is refunded or reversed.
  • Registered game-product price: 10 through 5,400 Coins.

Creator cash-out

Creator Coin-to-fiat conversion is not available. There is no current rate, minimum balance, quote, processing fee, payout cadence, or promise that existing Coins will qualify for a future program.

If Portals later offers conversion, separate terms and disclosures will state the eligibility, rate, fees, holds, notice, and payout process before any Creator can accept a quote. Stripe Connect verification for selling does not itself create a payout right.

Subscriptions

Paid subscription plan features and prices are shown on our pricing pages and at checkout. Subscription prices are set by Portals and are not part of the marketplace fee structure.

AI Lab

AI Lab usage may require credits or an active paid subscription tier. Current AI Lab pricing is shown in-product at the time of generation and at checkout. AI credits are non-refundable once consumed; see the Refund Policy.

Fee changes

We may change the fees on this page with at least 30 days’ notice. Notice may be given by updating this page, by email, or by an in-product notice. Fee changes apply only to sales, conversions, or billing periods that occur after the change takes effect. A change cannot retroactively add a Coin fee to a completed sale. For subscription price changes that affect your next renewal, you may cancel before the renewal takes effect if you do not accept the new price.
