Build Your Game

Build player paths, place items, and configure the world with visual creator tools.

Pistol

The Pistol is a flexible gun pickup for a small combat space. Place it from Tools > Guns, then tune it around the route and target health values in your game.

Start with a simple pickup

  1. Choose Pistol in the Guns picker and place it where a player can reach it safely.
  2. Decide whether players collect it by collision or by your own interaction flow.
  3. Set a clear damage, range, and fire-rate baseline.
  4. Test one player against the targets you expect them to face.
  5. Test the same pickup with more than one player if it is shared.

Important setting groups

  • Damage and range control close-range damage, long-range damage, the distances where damage changes, and the maximum range.
  • Ammo controls a finite or infinite supply, clip size, starting load, reload time, automatic reload, and one-by-one reloads.
  • Recoil and camera control aim stability and horizontal or vertical kick.
  • UI controls the crosshair, hit feedback, and ammo display.
  • Collection Behavior controls collision pickup and whether the pickup is shared as a single collection.
  • Sound and Cosmetic let you tune audible range, shot/reload volume, and the pickup's visual appearance.

Balance pass

Change one group at a time. First establish damage and range, then ammo and reload feel, then recoil. A Pistol that seems balanced in an empty room can feel very different around cover or a Combat NPC.

See Rifle for a longer-distance option and Shotgun for close-range spread.
