Room Settings Overview
Room settings shape the experience every player shares. Enter Build Mode, open Settings for general room controls, and use the separate Scene entry in the creator rail for the room's visual environment. Make one category of change at a time, then test from the normal player start.

A good first settings pass
- Set the player spawn, first instruction, and arrival behavior in General.
- Set Movement and Camera before designing a difficult route.
- Make the route readable in Scene & Environment.
- Choose the interface, audio, and voice controls that match the game.
- Build one representative area and test it as a player before applying the same settings across a larger space.
Settings versus item configuration
Room settings affect the whole experience. Settings on a placed object affect only that object. Use Item Settings for a shape's material, collision, or physics, and use a tool-specific guide for objects such as portals, lights, media, or NPCs.
Graphics & Audio Preferences are different again: they are personal device choices and do not change the room for other players.
Test after each category
- Join from the intended spawn and check the first ten seconds.
- Test at least one complete player route with the intended movement and camera state.
- Check important signs, interaction points, and landing areas in Day and Night.
- When the space supports multiple players, test voice, chat, player collision, and audio with a second player.
