Unlock Movement

What it does

Restores local player movement after it has been locked.

Required item compatibility

Add it through a compatible item that shows this effect in its Tasks panel.

Setup

  1. Select the item that should perform this effect.
  2. Add Unlock Movement to the task state where it should run.
  3. Configure the settings below and test the player path from the task’s starting state.

No extra public settings.

Tiny example

Completing dialogue unlocks movement before the player returns to the world.

Test and troubleshoot

  • Use it as the paired restore for Lock Movement.
  • If the player remains stuck, confirm another task state is not still applying Lock Movement.
